MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: There is a 30 day cancellation notice period for the monthly subscription. Please email cancellation request to [email protected]. If your payment cycle falls within this cancellation period, you will still be billed and it is non-refundable. Refunds for Goods or Services provided by Olivia Marguerite Comacchio T/as Oscia Coaching ('Oscia Coaching') are not available if you change your mind about your purchase, find a similar product cheaper, or decide that you don't like the purchase or have no use for it. Oscia Coaching do not have a 'Change of Mind' policy and purchases are final. Oscia Coaching act in compliance with ACCC Law, and cancellation or refund disputes can be addressed to Olivia Comacchio via email to [email protected]. Consumers have 30 days from date of purchase to commence the process of dispute, and there is no guarantee that a cancellation or refund will be provided. By signing up to a Monthly Subscription payment option, you accept responsibility for direct debit repayments to the value agreed. If payments are late, you will be removed from any current program, membership or course until payments are back in good standing. Any concepts, trainings, sequences, quotes or information provided within Goods or Services sold by Oscia Coaching are protected under Intellectual Property laws and regulations. It is illegal to repurpose, duplicate, copy, share or sell any of the content without Olivia Marguerite Comacchio's written permission.
