By purchasing Goods or Services, you accept the following terms and acknowledge the conditions.
Cancellations or refunds for Goods or Services provided by Olivia Marguerite Comacchio T/as Oscia Coaching ('Oscia Coaching') are not available if you change your mind about your purchase, find a similar product cheaper, or decide that you don't like the purchase or have no use for it. Oscia Coaching do not have a 'Change of Mind' policy and purchases are final. Oscia Coaching act in compliance with ACCC Law, and cancellation or refund disputes can be addressed to Olivia Comacchio via email to [email protected]. Consumers have 30 days from date of purchase to commence the process of dispute, and there is no guarantee that a cancellation or refund will be provided.
By signing up to a Payment Plan option, you accept responsibility for direct debit repayments of the remainder of the value until it is paid in full. If payments are late, you will be removed from any current program, membership or course until payments are back in good standing.
Any concepts, trainings, sequences, quotes or information provided within Goods or Services sold by Oscia Coaching are protected under Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
